VALIDITY

Rates are valid for the period from 08 January 2023 to 15 March 2024.

All our services are guaranteed according to the certificate of our vehicles and hotels.

All rates are in EUR.

Prices are subject to change, due to the fluctuation of each country's currency, any change in price will be notified prior to package confirmation.

Child rates are only valid for 3rd person accommodation in the same room with 2 adults.

Net Rates

Payment for services

All services are provided prior to the customer's arrival, by bank transfer or a bank credit card (3.5% of the total sale will be subject to an additional charge)

In case of bank transfer it is important to put "Free to beneficiary free of charge" at the end of the post.

Individual payment: Payment must be settled 1 week before the arrival of passengers.

Group Payment: This must be paid 15 days prior to the group's arrival.

In high season or international congresses and fairs, hotels require a deposit to guarantee the reservation, so that the operator in Latin America will be informed to make the corresponding deposit.

Cancellation of Services:

On circuits, cancellations made 7 days before cancellations are charged 50%.

100% cancellation fees apply 3 days before the tour starts.

In case of booking, Cave Hotels in Cappadocia-Turkey, Sahara-Morocco Accommodation, Hotel, 45 Days Before Arrival, Cancellation Fees Apply, as such cave hotels only have very few rooms and are dealt with in all luxury cave hotels in Cappadocia and Sahara Subject .

Cancellations in each country, please inquire as each country has different cancellation policies, but any cancellation less than 15 days from the arrival of passengers will incur cancellation fees and apply to any type of show.

Groups

The routes shown are suggested for group management, prices are clear indicative but can be adapted to clients' needs after consultation.

These prices are not valid during congress and fair periods, please check the embargo dates.

In the management of groups, 1 courtesy is given for every 15 passengers, the courtesy policy may vary according to the number of passengers and the policies of each country, hotel and services.

KITES RESPONSIBILITIES

Kites, customers and shipping companies, guides, hotels, etc. It is an intermediary that offers services in between. Flight delays, lost luggage, personal injury, accidents, etc. As not responsible. Along with them is a copy of their travel insurance and medical expenses issued in their home country.

In case of "force majeure", the hotel must be changed, it will always be in the same category without extra charge and prior notice to the tour operator.

Changes can be made at circuit visits without prior notice and without changing the content due to climate, social or political issues.

Circuits are guaranteed with a minimum of 2 passengers in Turkey and in other countries according to what is stated in each description of the desired route.

All official guides are licensed by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, therefore, they have the right to change the order of the program due to the change of the tour and the safety of the group.

In case of any tourist misbehavior, the guide has the power and right to warn them without paying attention.

If the balloon ride is canceled due to bad weather, the Agency will refund your money immediately.

OTHER EXPENSES

Our prices do not include:

Border taxes, visa service, tips and expenses not mentioned.

It is important to note that tips for guides and drivers are not included, and at the end of each turn, customers are given a tip for the services offered at the end.
