Package Tour Registration and Sales Agreement

KITES TRAVEL & EVENT, owned by KITES TRAVEL AGENCY TIC LTD STİ (referred to as the Agency in this agreement), sells the domestic and foreign tour programs it has prepared in accordance with the conditions below.

1. KITES SEYAHAT AGENTESI TIC LTD ŞTİ (hereinafter referred to as agency) only; bears the responsibility of the service to the customers who have bought a package tour. There is no service responsibility to other people.

2. In agency trips; min. 50% is taken as a deposit, the balance must be paid 15 days in advance. In payments made by Credit Card, the entire fee is collected by adding bank commissions for single withdrawal and/or installment payments. The tour departure date, provided that the reason is encouraged;

o Per person for cancellations made up to 30-15 days before; 50% of the total fee

o In cases where the tour is canceled within 0-15 days, or the tour is not arrived without notice, or the tour vehicle cannot be reached or the tour is not continued, 100% of the tour fee is retained in the Agency.

o The event ticket included in the Tour Package is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the entire fee will be charged.

o Even if the participant has not made all of his payments at the time of canceling the reservation, he is obliged to fulfill all of his obligations in accordance with the conditions.

o Contract price and payment methods, interest rates are accepted by the parties as in the attached form or on the website.

o If the fee is not paid on time, 5% daily delay interest is applied.

3. Agency tour fees; It has been prepared according to the TL value, exchange rates, prices of transportation vehicles and hotels, fuel and labor costs during programming. Any increase in these fees and/or increase in tax rates until the start date of the trips or during the trips, and the differences arising in the case of new taxes are reflected to these fees at the same rate. In such cases, passengers cannot have cancellation and/or compensation rights.

4. The departure times for plane, ferry and train journeys shown in the itinerary are arranged according to the official schedules of the relevant institutions. The Agency cannot be held responsible for changes in these hours. The places on the plane are separated from the Touristic location on the flights of the relevant aircraft companies. Travel is subject to applicable passenger and baggage handling rules.

5. For cancellations of 15 days or more on charter flights, no excuses are accepted and no refunds are made.

6. Child discounts are applied if children sleep in the same room with their parents as a third or fourth person. The agency bears no responsibility towards minors and their parents.

7. Even if the agency does not have the opportunity to cancel the tour without any responsibility due to reasons beyond its own will or the inability of the people participating in the tour to reach the sufficient number, or to inform the departure times, stopping places, transportation companies, accommodation facilities, provided that the standards specified in the program are adhered to. has the right to change or transfer its passenger to another agency. In organizations with a single hotel accommodation, it can change the hotel and/or date booked, provided that it is notified in advance; however, in this case, the customer has the right to cancel his reservation. If the customer wishes to cancel the reservation, the full price is refunded. In this case, the customer does not have the right of arrangement. However, if the payment is made by credit card, the credit card commission is deducted from the refund.

8. Tours and services not mentioned in the itinerary are subject to an extra fee. Meals on the way are not included in the fare, and the seat number sitting in the outbound direction cannot be guaranteed either in the return direction.

9. Our guests, regardless of the arrival time at the hotel, can be accommodated in the rooms at the earliest at 14.00, and on the day of departure, regardless of the departure time from the facility, the rooms can be checked in at the latest.

They are deemed to have already accepted that they must be emptied at 10:00 and that the fees for extra food, beverage and non-program services they will receive will be their own.

10. The agency undertakes to indemnify the consumer for the damage suffered and to return the money received in the event of its own fault or non-compliance with the contract. The agency acts as an intermediary with the customer, the hotel, the carrier company and the third parties who provide other services related to the trip, therefore, in case of problems that may arise from these people, the agency will not be responsible like the main perpetrator and will be held in debt. In these cases, the agency will be approached within the framework of strict liability for the debt, the second original of which cannot be obtained from the perpetrator.

11. Agency transportation services; It operates with the vehicles it rents completely or with the seats reserved in the vehicles of the carrier companies that organize scheduled or non-scheduled flights, so the Agency; acting as an intermediary between the carriers and accommodation facilities on the one hand and those participating in the trip on the other hand; what is the source, cause and consequencesPACKAGE TOUR REGISTRATION AND SALE AGREEMENT

12. Due to any political event, strike, disaster, weather conditions, technical incidents and malfunctions that may occur before or during the tour, problems that may arise between states or terrorist incidents, the agency may cancel the tour program completely for the safety and welfare of its customer, or it may deem appropriate in the tour program. can make changes.

13. Our agency cannot be held responsible in any way for date changes and/or cancellations that may occur in the Event program (Concert, Festival, Sports tours) offered within the tour. In such a case, the Touristic services of our tour program will be provided, and in case of cancellation, the terms in the Package contract are valid.

14. Event tickets offered within the tour are different from the “apparent price” written on the ticket. The value of the ticket is determined in the 2nd hand market and the buyer is deemed to have accepted this difference from the beginning.

15. The ticket categories determined by our agency and the ticket categories of the event official institutions may differ.

16. Our agency is not responsible for the problems that may occur at the entrance to the event area. Event area officials have the right not to let people into the event, even if they have tickets. In such a case, our agency is not responsible.

17. Detailed information of the package tour received and the services to be provided are included in the tour program.

18. Visa and passport procedures belong to the customer. However, at the latest 30 days before the start of the trip, all necessary documents can be submitted to the agency in full, in return for the fee, visa procedures can be followed. Regarding the passport delivered for visa within the thirty-day period or later, the agency cannot have any responsibility for not obtaining a visa, as the visa procedures are entirely at the discretion of the consulates. And for this reason, it does not pay any refund or compensation.

19. The coverage of the services purchased in the Travel Insurance service or included in the travel insurance package is determined by the policy of the insurance company that provides this service. The Agency does not bear any responsibility for the scope or application of these guarantees.

20. In the round where the consumer starts; Regarding their damaged baggage during transportation, they are required to have a report signed by the ground handling services and/or the transportation company regarding the damage they have suffered. When there is a problem in the services received from third parties in a hotel, restaurant, etc. included in the tour program; hotel/restaurant etc. as soon as the customer has a problem. should convey the complaint to the authorized person and agency officer and ask for it to be resolved. It is the customer's duty of care to notify the authorized person in writing about the elements that the customer is complaining about during the performance of the service. Failure to do so, and later complaining about the services he has used until the end, cancels any right to compensation.

21. The Agency does not accept any responsibility for mistakes that may be made while filling out this form. Therefore, it is necessary for the person receiving this form to examine the dates and other details in particular.

22. In the resolution of disputes that may arise from the contract, the Kütahya Schedule will be taken into account and the TÜRSAB Arbitration Board Regulation will be valid.

23. Persons whose names are in the appendix, who will participate in the trip; These issues, consisting of twenty articles together with this article; They are deemed to have read, understood and accepted (even if the registration process is made and signed by someone else).
